Are these the "12 most important Restaurants in New Orleans"? That is, of course, debatable, but with a list ranging from Brigtsen's, Commander's and Emeril's to Liuzza's, Casamento's and Café du Monde (and that's only half the list), this is one damn fine attempt. [He Said/She Said]
