Restaurant R'evolution is, if nothing else, a very pretty space. With rooms designed by the Johnson Studio to evoke different parts of New Orleans' architectural history, the restaurant has several different dining rooms that feel like old school New Orleans without being too staid. Of particular note are the little details in the photos above, including the Limoges china and the purse stools that made the Times-Pic's Susan Langenhennig so happy. It's too early to tell how the food by chef de cuisine Chris Lusk going to be?the restaurant by John Folse and Rick Tramonto doesn't open until next Saturday. But dammit it sure does look good.
