Galatoire's Isn't Done in Baton Rouge, Will Reopen Bistro

This time last year, Galatoire's Bistro in Baton Rouge, an offshoot of the legendary Quarter restaurant, closed its doors. The folks from Galatoire's aren't done with Red Stick, however, announcing today that they're about to break ground on a new location for the bistro. According to the Times-Pic, the new location will be in the Acadian Village shopping center and will include "indoor and patio dining, a bar and area for private events." It should open in December.
