Work is starting to come together on Restaurant R'evolution, which is due to open just over a month from now. The chefs John Folse and Rick Tramonto share a sneak peek of the restaurant's design on their blog, describing the restaurant as trying "to communicate the cultural contributions of the seven nations of Louisiana through a mural that tells their stories visually."
