So about that whole concessions deal at Louis Armstrong International: doesn't look like it's going to happen any time soon. The City Council still has to vote to approve, but they're too busy bickering to actually get a quorum together, jeopardizing the chances that the contract with concessionaire Delaware North will get done with enough time to install the new restaurants before the Super Bowl.
