So there's been changes to the proposed Hospitality Zone, that slightly weird piece of legislation that would increase food and beverage taxes in order to increase funding for the two tourism/convention advertising groups. (One-Third of the increased revenue would go to infrastructure and sanitation in the Quarter.)
