Here's Jay Ducote Eating a 'Burgasm' from Curbside

Louisiana food personality (and the best source of Baton Rouge-area food news) Jay Ducote lost some weight earlier this year for a documentary project called "I'm Not Trying to be an Underwear Model," his attempt to get fitter while not sacrificing the Southeast Louisiana lifestyle. No really, that's possible, and he has the film footage to prove it.

The series hasn't started yet, but today Ducote released a teaser trailer previewing it. The first half (a minute or so) is footage of Ducote eating a "burgasm" from the Curbside food truck (a "burgasm" is an off-menu burger involving fried cheese, praline bacon, fried egg, pork belly preserves and, of course, a burger patty). In a voiceover, he says, "This is what I do for a living. Unless I make a change, what I do for a living is going to kill me." So then, he works out.
