Kirk Coco, the beer pioneer (which, incidentally, is really fun to say) behind NOLA Brewing describes himself as a "meat lover's kinda guy" when talking about pizza, and highlights Midway Pizza on Freret, Theo's, and, after a hurried consultation with his staff, the formerly elusive pop-up restaurant Pizza Delicious in the Bywater. He reluctantly admits that he has a special affinity for Theo's "Meathead" pizza, adding suggestively that Slice "does some interesting things with feta."
