Cajun Fire Brewing is Newest Entrant on Local Beer Scene

This spring has already seen the news that Green Flash and Parish Brewing companies were coming to Louisiana, and now there's yet another on its way. The awesomely-named Cajun Fire Brewing Company is set to debut in New Orleans, according to the Red Streetcar. No timetable for arrival in bars and/or stores, but Cajun Fire will be bringing at least four brews. According to their website, they are currently "actively building brewhouse," which may or may not be located in zip code 70127, in New Orleans East.

Meanwhile, Times-Pic drinks person Todd Price hinted last month that a new brewery was coming by the end of 2012; this is not that brewery, so expect at least one more entrant onto the local scene, with details coming soon.
