The Food Networks is casting for the third season of The Great Food Truck Race, hosted by famous foodperson Tyler Florence, and ooh, boy, is there a twist this year. Instead of casting actual food truck people for the show, this time around they're looking for "die hard foodies and trained chefs who want to start a food truck for the very first time." [-E-]
