DINNER WIRE? Mid City café Canal Street Bistro, formerly known as Eco Café, is expanding its upscale dinner hours. The casual eatery has previously been doing dinners at a price point higher than its breakfast and lunch menus every weekend, though starting this week that's going to Wednesday through Saturday.
