It is so totally soft shell crab season, one of the lesser (but still delicious) seasons of the New Orleans culinary calendar. For anyone hankering for a freshly molted crustacean, the Times-Pic's Brett Anderson lists five restaurants where he's "found particularly good soft-shell crab dishes so far this season." [TP]
