So that's three beans for Maurepas Foods, the New Southern (ish?) restaurant down in the Bywater. Anderson writes that "There’s a reason it can be hard to get a seat at Maurepas Foods," pointing to chef/owner Michael Doyle's "really good" food and "the attention paid to local sourcing and hand-craftmanship."
