Well this is one way to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the sinking of the Titanic: writer and drinker Wayne Curtis took a "a five-pound slab of iceberg ice" to Cure, and had bartender Rhiannon Enlil use it in a pair of Titanic-themed cocktails. The first was called the Starboard Side, the second the Harland & Wolff, "after the Belfast shipyard where the Titanic was built." [Slow Cocktails]
