As of today, Ruby Red's is back in the City of New Orleans, according to the blog ValueNOLA. Ruby Red's was a local favorite when it was on Lower Decatur; that location closed in 1992, though the restaurant continues to operate a location in Belle Chasse as well. The new NOLA location is at 301 Baronne. [ValueNOLA]
