New Orleanians' struggles to create a political environment more favorable to food trucks, and the success of the local food truck culture despite those struggles, have been well-documented over the last several months. Now, the website/community activism organization Neighborland is getting in on the advocacy thang, announcing a slightly vague collaboration with local mobile food vendors as the first rendition of its "Learning How to Change" series. They're calling it the New Orleans Food Truck Coalition, and they promise more details in the future. One important question that'll need to be answered is how this is different from the work thatNOLA Food Trucks is doing.
