Robust Food, Robust Drinks?

MaurepasFoodsQL.jpgThe folks running the Bywater's new farm-to-table restaurant Maurepas Foods describe themselves as "purveyors of robust cuisine." That phrase has gotten a lot of play in all of the early coverage of the place, even the Times-Pic's look at its cocktail program. Bar manager Brad Smith told the paper's drinks writer, Todd Price: "I consider myself robust.... I like strong flavor profiles." [TP]
