Fish Fry Season

StAugsQL.jpgNow that Carnival is over, it's time for Lent and the ubiquitous Friday fish fries. To mark this, the Gambit threw three questions to Audrey Amos, fish fry coordinator (yes, that's a thing) at the historic St Augustine Catholic Church. So who comes to a fish fry at St. Aug's? "People from the neighborhood come every week, and we have people who come from all over and people who call in orders from schools, from their offices, from City Hall, sometimes 20 orders at a time."
