The Company Burger holds their last ever BTG (By The Glass) pop up on Tuesday night, December 11 at 7p.m., Todd A. Price reports. BTG has allowed Adam Biderman to show off his cooking chops, beyond burgers, and also given wine brainiac Joe Briand a chance to dazzle with sherry and rare wines. The pop-up comes to an end while Briand is busy opening Lucky Rooster, and apparently Biderman has two, potentially BIG projects under wraps too. [NOLA.com]
