Brennan's Restaurant is no longer on the auction block. Susan Langenhennig reports: "The family who owns the 65-year-old fine-dining landmark on Royal Street won a preliminary injunction to stop the restaurant's property from being auctioned" today. "According to court filings, the restaurant is $4.1 million in debt, and a company called Leggo/4, which purchased the mortgages earlier this year, is suing it for failing to pay." [NOLA.com]
