Brennan's, the Creole institution/ home of Bananas Foster that's been open since 1946 in the French Quarter, was set to go up for auction in the Orleans Parish Sheriff's sale on December 13, but the proceeding has been stopped. Not much word on the backstory at this time. If you know what's going on with Brennan's, tips are always greatly appreciated. [NOLA.com]
