The little sandwich shop across from Touro on Prytania, The Milk Bar, has opened a second location 710 S. Carrollton in a shopping center. Owner Kevin Phayer, who runs the Milk Bar with wife Inta Phayer tells Ian McNulty that, "University kids were half our business. We decided to go closer to the customers who are coming to us and maybe make it easier for our customers from the hospital to get a quick lunch." [Gambit]
