Ladies and gents, here is Booty's, the Bywater's new home to global street food and craft cocktails. Owners Nick Vivion and Kevin Farrell's renovations include a gleaming tin ceiling and old school pendant lighting, lots of dark wooden tables, and a skeletor unicorn mural behind the glass back-bar, where bar manager/tincture madman Jeremy Thompson keeps all his goodies. Chef Greg Fonseca previewed his global-inspired menu for media (and Adolfo Garcia, shh) last night to much approval. The restaurant opens for business tonight. Booty's will also offer Stumptown coffee, Shake Sugary pastries, and Sugerman's bagels every morning before the kitchen opens.
