It's an All-Star Chef Line Up for Quan Tran's Benefit

The Benefit for Chef Quan Tran now has some of New Orleans' best chefs and bartenders on board. As you may know, Chef Tran has been battling stomach cancer for months and needs help paying COBRA's higher premiums/crazy medical bills as he continues his chemotherapy and his health insurance lapses on December 1. On December 17 at Le Foret at 6p.m. you'll find a wealth of culinary rock stars coming together to create a fabulous night of food and libations in support of Chef Tran and his family.
