Maïs, Booty's Almost Open, Dominique's Set for December

Eater Nola wishes everyone a Happy Thanksgiving, and we'll see you back here bright and early on Monday morning. Until then check out these hot fall opening updates.

CENTRAL CITY? David Mantilla tells Eater that this week is the soft opening for friends and family of Maïs Arepas, and that "we expect to pass our last inspection this week so we can be open to the public starting next week." Fingers crossed. The Central City hotness is home to Columbian Creole food, mainly arepa, which look amazing. [EaterWire]

BYWATER? Nick Vivian tells eater that Stumptown/street food/cocktail hotness, Booty's, has passed all of their inspections, and are expecting to have their soft opening next week, so it looks like they'll be open for business around the first week of December. [EaterWire]

UPTOWN? Signage is up at Dominique's on Magazine, featuring none other than Chef Dominique Macquet's signature. Wendy Macquet tells Eater that the aeroponic towers will be installed soon, and that the restaurant will now open in mid to late December. [EaterWire]
