The popular brunch/hangover spot Ruby Slipper has opened a third location in the Marigny Triangle in a historical bank building (2001 Burgundy, formerly the Bank Café, ) that's been vacant since 2006. Housemade bagels expand the breakfast fare. An art deco bar and bank teller windows add the necessary quirk to the dining area. This location is currently open Thurs-Mon. [Gambit]
