An insider tells Eater that a Jimmy John's is moving into the CBD building that will also house The Lucky Rooster (at Baronne and Poydras). Tenants in the building complained about the lack of construction happening downstairs, but finally received an email from the building owner yesterday, notifying them that construction on The Lucky Rooster will start today, and that work on Jimmy John's would start very soon. No word on if this will be another Drew Brees franchise. [EaterWire]
