Weekend O' Gumbo; Never Trust NYC Biscuits

NEW IBERIA/BRIDGE CITY/CHACKBAY? This weekend three festivals -- the World Championship Gumbo Cookoff in New Iberia, the Bridge City Gumbo Festival and the Louisiana Gumbo Festival in Chackbay -- celebrate that culinary/cultural icon: gumbo.
