Todd Judice, owner of NOLA Tropical Winery in Riverwalk Marketplace has branched out with a new concept for the French Quarter: Wine smoothies.The NOLA Tropical Wine Smoothie Bar is now open on Bourbon Street. The entrance is actually on St. Peter Street, next to the Krazy Korner.
