EAST BANK? The Sewerage & Water Board ruined urns of freshly brewed Iced Tea across the East Bank of New Orleans today, warning residents not to drink, or even bathe in the water without boiling it first. Unfortunately, they issued the warning nearly five hours after the plant lost power.
