Next month, on the night before the Third Annual Eater Awards, 10 of the country's hottest chefs will cook their best dishes at a monster party in New York City we're calling Eater Eve. Chef Michael Doyle of Maurepas Foods will be there, as will the teams from Gwynnett St. (Brooklyn), Statebird Provisions (SF), The Optimist (Atlanta), and Ox (Portland), and wine, beer, and cocktails will flow freely.
