Calcasieu Benefit for St. Bernard Project; mmm, Bourbon

WAREHOUSE DISTRICT? Wednesday, October 10th Calcasieu (above Cochon) welcomes John Martin Taylor for a benefit-book signing and dinner. Taylor will introduce his 20th anniversary edition of Hoppin' John's Lowcountry Cooking, as Chef Stephen Stryjewski prepares a three-course menu featuring recipes from the cookbook.
