rouses.jpegThe Uptown Rouses is now home to an upscalish (for a grocery store) restaurant called The Cellar. Chef Melissa Montero, who's a Commander's Palace alum, is running the open-kitchen. The Cellar is currently open for lunch, Monday through Friday, 11a.m.-2p.m., but dinner service should start soon, as will wines and beers by the glass, which is good, since they're hidden behind the wine department.
