Looks like there could be a new food truck on the horizon. L.A. based brick-and-mortar Mac and Cheeza is reportedly working to branch out into New Orleans with a food truck. The downtown L.A. version of the place offers "fully customizable macaroni and cheese," like a choose your own adventure but with pasta, veggies and dairy. [LA Weekly, Eater LA]
