So John Besh's first blog post with Epicurious is out, and it's looking a little bit like his gig there is just part of the pre-opening hype machine for Borgne, his new restaurant in the Hyatt. That said, he gets punny (the thing is called "Borgne Again"), and also gives a little tease of what the restaurant will look like. Apparently there will be iPhone pictures of his kids. [Epicurious]
