Fall Arts Preview Party; RioMar's Tribute to elBulli; and More

MIDCITY? Just in time for the fall culture season (when it's finally cool enough to, you know, do things), we've got the 3rd annual Culture Collision fall preview tonight at the New Orleans Museum of Art. It's free, there will be tons of groups showing you what they've got coming up, there will be free food, free specialty drinks, and cash bars, and also, it's free. [My New Orleans]

WAREHOUSE DISTRICT— Also tonight, RioMar is hosting a tribute dinner to elBulli, the fabulously expensive, incessantly discussed, recently closed Spanish mecca of molecular gastronomy. Seven course dinner, diners don't know what it is before they get there, and happening only once. [NO Menu]

GALLIANO— The best Huddle House, or at least one of the best, is apparently located not far from here in Galliano. Yes, that Huddle House, of "Any meal. Any time. Breakfast, lunch, dinner" fame. At the recent Huddle House corporate fun-fest right here in the Crescent City, the Galliano franchise was awarded 2nd runner-up for the Best of the Best prize, out of the approximately 700 million franchises across the South, Southwest, Mid-Atlantic and Midwest.
