This is pretty cool: After over a year of bureaucratic hand-wringing and delays, pedicabs are launching in New Orleans today. They can operate almost anywhere in the city, but expect them to cluster in the Quarter, CBD, Warehouse District, and in commercial stretches of Magazine and St Charles, serving the eating/drinking crowd (also known as our readership). Also: near Loyola and Tulane, where they'll primarily be used as environmentally friendly shuttles between the campuses and F&M's.
