Seems like our nation's capital can't get enough New Orleans, with recent openings of restaurants with names like Bayou Bakery, Bayou, Cajun Experience, and TruOrleans, the last of which the Washington Post recently reviewed. While the food was largely bland (or worse), TruOrleans - and the reviewer, Tom Sietsema, did get one thing right: "I order a Sazerac because that's what I'd do if I were in New Orleans; for the moment, TruOrleans puts me there."
