Ian McNulty of the Gambit stopped by K-Paul's Louisiana Kitchen, the thirty-plus year old French Quarter restaurant by Paul Prudhomme, to check out the lunch. The upscale restaurant's new lunch format, done deli-style with disposable dishes and cutlery, was launched in 2009. And, McNulty writes, "The plates may be disposable, but most of the meals on them are keepers." [Gambit]
