MID CITY? The Gambit reports that a new deli, Mr Everything Café, has opened on Broad St near the courthouse. This new deli is "a franchise location of a restaurant by the same name in Atlanta," and serves lunch and dinner. [Gambit]

FRENCH QUARTER? In addition to its Réveillon menu, the Rib Room at the Omni Royal Orleans hotel is debuting a special holiday dessert menu from pastry chef Maggie Scales. It's available during lunch and dinner service through January 31. [EaterWire]
