Pastry chef Zak Miller is joining the team at Coquette and the soon-to-open Sweet Olive, both led by chef Michael Stoltzfus. Miller spent some time back in the day at the Grill Room, before working across the East Coast in restaurants including Michel Richard's Citronelle. [TP, Eater DC]
