MARRERO? Next Friday, John Besh, along with chefs from each of his restaurants, will be serving dinner at Café Hope, a functioning restaurant affiliated with Catholic Charities giving job- and life-skills training to at-risk Jefferson Parish youth (much like Reconcile in Central City.) Tickets start at $150 each and include drinks and an autographed copy of Besh's latest cookbook. They're available here. [EaterWire]
