Ben Ellman, saxophonist for Galactic, talked with Eater National about the band's eating habits, and it's basically a best-of guide to New Orleans. Ellman talks up the neighborhood corner store (his is Nick's), raves about the Vietnamese food ("The stuff I think is better than anything I've tried in New York or elsewhere") and says Cochon Butcher has "one of the best muffalettas around."
