Fat Hen Grill, the Harahan predecessor to uptown's Fat Hen Grocery, has closed. Or as the Gambit's Ian McNulty put it, Fat Hen has trimmed down. Owner Shane Pritchett will now concentrate on running the Grocery, and also on making bottled barbecue sauces and competing "in barbecue competitions around the United States." [Gambit]
