The AP talked to several local chefs, including Drew Dzejak from the Windsor Court, who says he hasn't had a Thanksgiving off in 17 years, and Gus Martin from Muriel's Jackson Square, who usually goes to work at 4am to start prepping their turkeys before coming home, where his wife "has 80 percent of the meal done."
