Here's a Totally Grainy Cell Phone Photo of Donald Link Doing the Cajun Two-Step

At Friday night's fundraiser for Emeril's foundation, Boudin & Beer, chef and empire builder Donald Link got his two-step on to the music of the Lost Bayou Ramblers. The photo doesn't do it justice?while he was dancing, it looked like this was the happiest he'd ever been. This happened, of course, well after Link and partner Stephen Stryjewski finished serving some pretty killer boudin and smoked sausage.

And for the record, let it be known that Donald Link is to Cajun food what Louis Michot and the Lost Bayou Ramblers are to Cajun music. Preserving that shit while making it a whole lot of fun.
