Downtown Rouses to Open Tomorrow?

Wholly reliable news source Progressive Grocer reports that the new Rouses Market downtown is set to open November 15. Which just happens to be ... tomorrow! In theory, tomorrow at 6 "customers can start their mornings with hot brewed French Market coffee, espresso and fresh baked gourmet donuts at our Coffee Bar," says Donny Rouse, quoted in the piece.

Rouse is also quoted calling the new store "a completely new culinary concept for New Orleans," with the piece saying:

Thousands of gourmet, specialty, local and international groceries line the aisles of the new location, and among the store associates are professional chefs, bakers, sommeliers, baristas, gelato makers and a cheesemonger.
Which is cool, and definitely needed downtown, but kind of seems like a downtown Whole Foods. So is that really new for New Orleans?
