Why, oh why, is New Orleans missing out on all those trendy new chain restaurants like Chipotle and Dave and Buster's? After referring to these suburban dude food meccas as the "hottest eateries in the country right now" (ha!), WWL suggests it's because there's so much competition here and that New Orleans doesn't have the right economy or population base. Or, you know, people here just like real food. [WWL]
