Here's a review by Gourmet & Gourmand of the noodle pop-up operated by the folks from Dante's Kitchen, running Sunday and Monday nights at Coulis on Prytania. The menu is short but varied enough to appeal to everyone ("as long as everyone likes ramen"), but its popularity might be its biggest downside: "Be sure to arrive early though, the kitchen was already beginning to run out of ramen at 8pm and had been bought out of some delicious sounding spring rolls."
