Southeast Louisiana brewing company, Bayou Teche Brewing, has teamed up with Louis Michot from the Lost Bayou Ramblers to produce a CD completely in Cajun French. "Asked about why a local brewery was interested in helping record a music CD project, [Bayou Teche brewmaster] Knott said anyone who knows anything about Cajun and Zydeco music knows it has always been best enjoyed with dancing, good food, and cold beer."
